CHLGA Handicap

All members must have a ChLGA Handicap Index to compete for Low Net Prize.

Establishment:

The ChLGA Handicap is calculated based upon the average of the best 3 of the last 6 games played in both the current season and previous one (see formula below). For members who played 2 to 5 games, the Handicap Index will be based on the best 50% of the games played.

New Member

For a new member who has an official RCGA handicap index, the RCGA index will be used for her first game, and she will be eligible to compete for all prizes.
For a new member who does not have a RCGA handicap index, she will have to establish her ChLGA handicap based on the first 2 ChLGA games she plays. However, she will not be eligible to compete for the individual Low Net Prize before her ChLGA handicap is established.
